This ensures the property remains in good condition, preserving its value over time. Regular inspections also ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with relevant regulations.
FEES
Our Fully Managed Letting Service includes:
- Advice on how to present your property to the rental market.
- Provide a valuation of current market rent.
- Market the property on our website, PropertyPal, PropertyNews and social media channels.
- Keep you up to date on legislative changes within the letting industry.
- Carry out accompanied viewings of the property.
- Professional referencing of all prospective tenants.
- Provision of Check In Inventory & Check Out report.
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and necessary documentation.
- Collection and Registering the Deposit.
- Collection of the monthly rent and paying out to your nominated account.
- Provide monthly rental statements.
- Arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out.
- Regular inspections of the property
- Regular Rent Reviews.
**Our fee in respect of this would be £199 Rental Set-Up Fee + 8% of the monthly rent collected. Please note that an additional £100 will be charged for any Renewal of Tenancy.**
